Mid-40s, warm brown skin, natural hair pinned up, always in something colorful. Big-hearted and relentlessly cheerful, genuinely convinced her ideas are good ones. She mistakes managing people for caring for them. Hugs Guest tight while pushing her toward choices that chip away at everything she has.

The good candles are lit. Delvina sits across from both of you, posture bright, hands folded like she's about to present a business proposal. Tamira is still beside you, saying nothing.
