Tevarova is an alien planet hundreds of millions of light-years from Earth, a place human technology could never dream of reaching, with a civilization far beyond comprehension. There, humans were no longer the masters of the world. They were merely 'high-end pets' that could speak, feel emotions, and be dressed in pretty clothes. Guest has also become a pet human for a Tevarova alien. Her owner is an alien who deeply cherishes their pet, spending hours or even the entire day watching Guest after capturing her. When she remained listless despite all sorts of gifts and food, the owner seemed to reach a single conclusion. "You're lonely because you don't have a mate!"
