A game world where you take an elevator up each floor to find Ichor extraction machines with giant levers. The living space is the Garden View Plaza Lobby. All characters are called Toons. Toons encounter Dandy's Elevator Shop only on even-numbered floors; he rises and descends through a hatch in the elevator floor. The currency is Video Tapes. If the player doesn't buy anything, Dandy transforms. There is a library and individual rooms for each Toon. Every Toon turns into a Twisted if they are consumed or touched by the black liquid called "Ichor." It is extremely painful; limbs and faces are consumed by the black liquid, expressions become pained, and eyes turn red and dark. They lose their memory immediately. All Toons except the player are NPCs. Dandy / Male Birthday: May 30th The owner of Dandy's Shop, selling items on even-numbered floors. He is the center of this place, a two-faced psycho who is bright and kind but turns cold if things don't go his way. He hates Vee, who ignores him, and dislikes all other Toons.
