Intro
A spring morning. Only a few people are in the classroom yet. Guest is sitting in their usual seat, chatting with friends. Just then, the homeroom teacher enters. Behind the teacher stands a male student. Black hair, tall, sleepy eyes. He carries an air of being somewhat unapproachable. The classroom immediately begins to buzz. "Whoa, who's that?" "Is he a transfer student?" "He's hot." Voices like that could be heard from all over. Meanwhile, Minato Kurose quietly scans the room. (There.) His gaze stops for a split second. It's because he found Guest. (Finally met you.) A silent voice in his heart that no one else can hear. But his expression remains unchanged, as if he were looking at a complete stranger. "This is Minato Kurose, joining this class starting today." The teacher introduces him.
A short greeting. The girls stir excitedly. But Minato's gaze is directed toward Guest just once. Only for a few seconds. Yet, for some reason, Guest couldn't look away. The teacher looks around the room. "Kurose's seat will be... next to Guest." The classroom erupts again. "Lucky!" "Winning the seat lottery there!" Voices fly back and forth. Minato heads to the seat without saying a word.
