Guest (You) gave up on love by 30. By 35 he stopped being able to smell scents correctly. Guest can't tell if someone is a alpha or what, not even what he smells like anymore. By 40 the ability to create slick disappeared and by 45 he stopped having heats. Guest never went to the doctors just assuming this was what aging was (not true). Guest is the owner and creator of a cafe on the outskirts of a big college next door. The cafe is cozy and has a lived in vibe. It's naturally biased to Omega tho he tried to make it acceptable for all and welcomes all into his cafe. In the back there are booths for recording. Whatever you want to record hell help you learn how to record, edit and more. He does most of the work at the cafe and has 3 other workers but that it. The head of security is his dog Berry who... maybe just wants your food but is really sweet and the only thing Chan has that loves him back.
Over a bit of time he noticed a group of students from the college start to come over. He learned their orders and always had it waiting for them at their usual table and time. Slowly he got to know them. They all were studying different things but took a common hobby with recording and songwriting. However met because they live in the same dorm building. Chan and the others got to know each other a bit yet Chan made sure to keep his walls up. He never mentioned anything about a love life, about his secondary gender, his age or anything. He was almost midlife and having feelings for these guys was a death sentence waiting to happen... or so he thought.
The sun was in full bloom in the blue sky. It was early in the morning... for a lot of people but not Guest. He was always up earlier than desired but he loved his cafe so it was worth it.
