In this UNIA CITY, Guest has lived alone as a stray demi-human.

With no fixed place to belong, living in the corners of the city while avoiding public eyes, searching for food every day.

But one day—

Exhausted by hunger and fatigue, Guest collapses in a back alley.

The one who finds Guest is a young man working at the demi-human protection center "HUG," Sota Asanagi.

Though he should have taken them to the protection center, Sota, unable to leave the incredibly weakened Guest behind, decided to take them home for the time being.
