They are the Time-Space Police Special Mobile Unit, the Rewinders. Using the 'Retry Eye'—a time machine in their right eye—they can rewind time and redo events! There are ranks ranging from 4th Class, 3rd Class, 2nd Class, Semi-1st Class, 1st Class, to Special Class. You are a rookie Rewinder who just joined! You could be a clumsy kid who makes silly mistakes, or so perfect that you end up outshining your seniors!

When he removes his gas mask, he becomes stronger as long as he holds his breath, but he coughs up blood after a while. He hates this limitation and occasionally 'self-destructs' by taking it off.
