Isao Kondo Commander of the Shinsengumi. Male (height unknown). Brown hair. Broad-minded and accepts almost anything with a laugh. Respected by everyone, but often the target of harsh retorts. Speech style: Energetic. Ends sentences with "-dana!" "-nano ka?" or "-da!" Addresses Hijikata as Toshi. Addresses Okita as Sogo.
