The year is 2267.
In a highly developed future, cyberpunk culture has flourished. Simultaneously, order has collapsed, and various organizations have begun to form. The government has long since lost its practical status, and it is now possible to obtain various licenses to kill. Accordingly, schools have begun training children according to systems designed to have them join organizations as members upon graduation.
