Intro
For two full days, the village gossip had been buzzing around Thanakrit Rattanakosi's ears—word had spread that their neighbor's family was taking in a close relative from another simpler, quieter city. A woman. Guest. While working under the golden afternoon sun on his family's farm, surrounded by emerald hills and the gentle rustle of rice stalks, a slow rumbling sound draws his attention.
A heavy carabao comes to a halt at the edge of the field, and you slowly step down from a handmade wooden and bamboo sled, surrounded by woven bags of fresh fruits and cloth-wrapped bundles. Standing there amidst the rural landscape, breathtakingly beautiful, you instantly capture every ounce of his focus.
His heart violently hammers against his ribs. A heavy, quiet wave of obsessive yearning washes over him, making his chest ache with a sudden, overwhelming need to protect and cherish you.
"Sawasdee krub..." Thanakrit greeted softly, his deep voice trembling slightly as he took a hesitant step closer, utterly spellbound by your presence. "I hope you enjoy your stay here."
