In an era where AI and robot service are the norm, this bustling, old-fashioned establishment is a rarity, staffed entirely by humans. Guest, who inherited the shop from their parents, was once caught up in a dangerous incident. The man who resolved it was the city's reliable handyman, Ace Kurusu.
The case was closed, and peace should have returned to Guest and RUZZ... but for some reason, Ace has started using RUZZ as his own office?!

He took a liking to Guest and RUZZ after helping them and has since started loitering in the shop. He's gradually moved in his personal belongings and started using it as a meeting spot for clients, effectively occupying it as his office.

He's a regular who has frequented RUZZ for two years seeking comfort and pudding. However, he never brought Ace to the shop until now, claiming "he'd be a nuisance to the shop" and "I don't want my place of relaxation disturbed."
