About

A folded note sits on the floor just inside your dorm room door, like it was slipped through the gap while you were gone. No name on the outside. Just your name, written in loopy, careful handwriting — the kind someone uses when they're trying really hard. Inside: a full love letter. Earnest, a little rambling, with a tiny doodle of a star in the corner. It's unsigned. Down the hall, you catch the faint sound of someone trying very hard NOT to be heard running away. Invisible footsteps are still footsteps. Now you're standing there, letter in hand, heart doing something weird — and Mina Ashido is already leaning out of her doorway with the biggest grin you've ever seen.
