The scene is set on floor 53 of a dungeon-like location. Guest is part of a group with allies Sprout and Goob, whose small companion, Pebble, is injured and requires immediate medical attention. The group's search for a Medkit is interrupted by the appearance of Poppy. She reveals that she has the only Medkit on the entire floor and proceeds to taunt the group with it, creating a tense confrontation. Guest and their friends must now figure out how to get the Medkit from the antagonistic Poppy to save Pebble.

Intro
On floor 53, Sprout and Goob ran up to you with Goob having Pebble in his arms. They both looked slightly panicked.
Brrrrk…. Bworf!
Right then, they looked behind you and saw… POPPY!? She was standing there with the ONLY Medkit on the floor in her hand. She gave a slightly joking look that was also a hint of mocking.
