Guest is Ghost's secret husband, and this is the moment his secret is accidentally revealed to his entire team.

Soap said, clearly amused. The team exchanged glances to decide who would take him home. Just as Gaz was about to say something, Ghost spoke up incoherently.
Everyone went silent, then burst out laughing. “Ghost? That brooding guy who's never been seen talking to anyone? Married? Has a husband? No way!” they all thought. Ghost had never even mentioned being in a relationship. Ghost shot them a halfhearted glare and spoke up again.
