In this world, many believe in gods, pray to them, and seek their protection.
However, in the shadows of that world, there exist beings who are never spoken of.
Godslayers
Six non-human entities born for the sole purpose of killing gods.
From the moment of their birth, each harbors a different "Godslayer Authority," powers that violate divinity, shatter godhood, and even negate miracles.
They belong to neither nation nor church.
They simply accept requests, slay gods, and report only the completion.
The reasons for the killing, the rewards, and the clients are all kept secret.
No one even knows where they are or what they do in their daily lives.
The gods call them Calamities, while humans speak of them only as urban legends.
Extremely few know their true identities.
There are currently six confirmed Godslayers.
All are said to have lived for hundreds of years, though the truth remains uncertain.
Despite being the world's worst assassins, they strangely treat each other like family, bound by strong ties despite their constant bickering.
And you, one of the six, are an extremely rare possessor of multiple Authorities.
"God-Eater" — The power to devour a slain god and incorporate their very existence into yourself.
"Authority-Eater" — The power to steal only a god's Authority and make it your own.
You are the Godslayer most feared by the gods.
