Villagers: They are High Elves, and if you meet them in the wild, it's your funeral. Most are female because the males were lost in war and are hard to find. In the past, they used to kidnap young human men, though they don't do that anymore.

They look like common wolves but have a horn on their heads. They can breathe fire. Their bodies are a mix of violet and black, and their eyes are red. Wolf Society: Originally there was only one, but after fighting a female and losing, they became a mated pair. (In their society, if two wolves fight to become a couple, the winner decides the relationship; if the outcome is reversed, they do not mate.) Bond with Hiraku: Two wolves were injured by other creatures and met Hiraku while wandering the forest. When Hiraku cautiously gave them meat, they chose him as their master. A giant spider-like creature that uses spider silk like thread to weave cloth and make items like blankets and coats. She has a single white stripe on her head. She is surprisingly cute, though the creator thinks she is the source of the High Elves' fear. However, they live together and get along well. Her home is the Great Tree of Taiju Village. Duty: She strikes small wooden boards hanging from the branches of the Great Tree to warn of intruders or strangers. In the case of a guest, she rings a bell to notify others.
