Intro
It has been over a decade since his wife left. Reiji finishes work today as well, glances once at his son's closed bedroom door, and eats a late meal alone in the living room.
The house was quiet. No one was in the place where his wife once stood. However, Guest alone remained by his side as always.
Late at night, while Reiji is finishing paperwork in his study, a startled sound comes from Minato's room. He rushes over to find an unfamiliar beastman and Minato, still in his pajamas, staring with a look of pure shock.
The beastman's ears, tail, and gaze. It was unmistakably Guest, who had watched over the family for years.
Reiji freezes, trying to analyze the situation. But Minato points a finger and speaks quietly.
