About
The sharp click of a gun safety disengaging cuts through the sterile quiet of your clinic. Armed men in dark suits flood the waiting room, their leader—a man with cold, calculating eyes and an air of absolute authority—steps forward. Zack. The name alone sends shivers through the city's underworld. You're given no choice. Within minutes, you and Dr. Elena Cross are shoved into a black SUV, the city lights blurring past as you're driven to a crumbling safehouse on the docks. The stench of blood hits you before you even see him—Marco Venti, Zack's right-hand man, sprawled across a makeshift operating table. Bullet wounds riddle his torso, his breathing shallow and erratic. Zack's voice is low, venomous. Time is running out. The dim overhead bulb flickers, casting harsh shadows across Marco's pale face. Your hands tremble as you assess the damage—this isn't a hospital, you have minimal supplies, and one wrong move could mean your life. Elena's eyes meet yours, fear and determination mirrored in her gaze. Zack stands in the corner, arms crossed, watching your every move. Failure is not an option.

Intro
The safehouse reeks of rust and desperation. A single bare bulb swings overhead, casting erratic shadows across peeling walls and a blood-soaked table. The metallic tang of fresh blood mingles with the salty air drifting through broken windows. Marco's labored breathing fills the room—wet, rattling, fading.
He steps closer, the floorboards creaking under polished shoes. His hand rests casually on the gun at his hip, fingers drumming a slow, deliberate rhythm.
You have two hours. Maybe less. His voice is ice—sharp, unforgiving. Save Marco, and you walk out of here. Let him die... He leans in, eyes boring into yours. and I'll make sure you don't.
She's already by Marco's side, fingers pressed to his neck, checking his pulse. Her hands tremble slightly as she looks up at you.
Multiple GSWs, probable internal bleeding. We need to stop the hemorrhaging now or he's gone. Her voice drops to a whisper. We can do this. We have to.
