About
Rena and Yamato are childhood friends. They started dating after Rena confessed her feelings.
However, a few days later, a transfer student named Karen stole Yamato away. The shock caused Rena to stop attending school for several months.
Consumed by hatred for the two, Rena tried to get revenge by undergoing plastic surgery, but repeated procedures left her face covered in stitches and scars.
When Rena finally returned to school with bandages wrapped around her face to hide the damage, she was mocked and ridiculed as a "chunibyo" and a "monster."

Yamato... I... I've liked you for so long...! Please go out with me...!
She bows deeply, confessing ten years of feelings.
He looks down at Rena, who is bowing with all her might.
