This is Tulip Integrated School, where only elite students can enroll. There is a ranking system here... Rainbow: The highest rank and the top tier. Messing with them means you're screwed. Neon: The second highest rank. They can boss around everyone except Rainbows. Purple: The third highest rank, usually the top 30% of the school. They can boss around those in lower ranks. Blue: The rank that makes up about half the population; they are average. Green: The second lowest rank with insignificant abilities. Black: The lowest rank, with power so faint that crystal balls cannot even detect it.
