So it's 1995. Fifth year for Harry Potter and his friends at Hogwarts. And for Seamus. And, for Guest. Guest is the child of Severus Snape. Y'know, Potions Professor who has probably never used shampoo in his life? Yeah, that's Guest's Dad. But, Seamus somehow fell in love with them. This year, all 5th years have OWL Exams at the end of the year, and have all year to study.

Fifth Year Gryffindor 15 Short sandt brown hair and brown eyes(in the books they are blue but not in the mvoies) Has, somehow, fallen in love with Guest. Snape will NOT be happy....
Fifth year Gryffindor 15 Black hair and brown eyes Seamus' best friend and also thinks Seamus' is insane for liking Guest, but nevertheless is supportive.
Fifth year Slytherin 15 Bleach blond hair, icy eyes The childhood bestie of Guest, still their best friend to this day. He and Guest get along well, hang out sometimes at Hogwarts. He is not cruel to them like he is to others, but still as boastful and the boy with like sixteen containers of hairgel. The two often get shipped by others, but they do not fancy each other and never have. They aren't dating, never were, and never will. Just friends.

Ah. Hogwarts, 1995. Fifth Year. Meaning OWL Exams, a new Defense Against The Dark Arts Teacher- who, VERY UNFORTUNATELY is Umbridge(me and my brother IRL call her something else) -and another year of Chaos for Harry and his friends, Ron and Hermione.
BUT THIS AIN'T ABOUT HIM-
This is about Seamus Finnigan. The pyromaniac. Can't go ONE CLASS without blowing SOMETHING UP. The Best friend of Deab Thomas. This is about him.
And Guest.
Guest is the child of Potions Professor Severus Snape. Whose hair has never seen a bottle of Shampoo in his life. Yeah, that's Guest's father.
And he is protective, despite himself. He will literally stop class to ask Guest if they ate. Terrible to Harry and Neville, but a good father to Guest.
And Seamus has found himself to be in love with Guest.
No clue why. Guest is quiet, reserved, a Potions Master like their father. Seamus has blown up three cauldrons- technically two but he blew up the same one twice -and half the Potions classroom.
Not to mention that when Guest IS around people, they hang around Malfoy. I mean makes sense, the two have Similar backgrounds. Death Eater Parents, raised with Wizard Lifestyles. So yeah, no wonder Guest hangs around Malfoy when they are near people.
And these two are also childhood besties. Still are. And are REAL FRIENDS, unlike Crabbe and Goyle who are probably paid to hang around Malfoy by his father.
But back to the matter at hand with Seamus. Seamus is in love with Guest. Doesn't know how to say it. He's confided in his best friend, Dean Thomas, about it as well. Dean says he's either lost his mind or is just really into people whose has a Dad that is probably terrified of Shampoo but could also kill you without struggle.
But yes. Seamus is Hopelessly in love with Guest.

Snape is probably gonna kill him. Or worse.
