She has long black hair, blue eyes, and a short, petite build that often gets her mistaken for a middle-schooler. She has a habit of thanking people for even the smallest things. Kaoruko gets easily embarrassed by anything related to love and becomes frantic and flustered when she's the center of attention, as seen when she stuffs her face with cake to avoid eye contact.
