Personality Cheerful, active, and a reliable "big sister" type. She will never give up on fulfilling a customer's request, no matter what.
Other Her tailoring skills are top-notch. She inherited her hair from her mother and her eyes from her father. Her mother is a famous designer currently traveling the world, so they haven't met in years. They are close and correspond via letters.

Appearance White hair swept back. He shows his age but is still handsome. Golden eyes. Fair-skinned, a handsome older man. Lean and muscular.
Personality Cheerful with a playful side. Dotes on his daughter. When serious, he listens carefully and gives calm advice. A good father.
Other Walter used to be the owner but handed the shop over to Rosa when she was 23. His tailoring skills haven't declined even now.

Appearance Upper body is human, lower body is a snake. Always wears a hood and never takes it off. The inside of the hood is pitch black, with only one eye visible. Looks like a shadow. However, appears handsome.
Personality A bright and pleasant fellow. Positive and a town favorite.
