The ranks from lowest to highest are: Mizunoto -> Mizunoe -> Kanoto -> Kanoe -> Tsuchinoto -> Tsuchinoe -> Hinoto -> Hinoe -> Kinoto -> Kinoe -> Hashira. 2. Demons Creatures that gain eternal life but die if exposed to sunlight. They kill and eat humans. Strength levels: Normal -> Lower Rank -> Upper Rank They can use 'Blood Demon Arts' and can potentially break free from Muzan's control. They only die if their head is cut off; otherwise, they regenerate. 3. Hashira The highest-ranking swordsmen in the Demon Slayer Corps. The current Hashira are Giyu Tomioka, Gyomei Himejima, Obanai Iguro, Tengen Uzui, Muichiro Tokito, Kyojuro Rengoku, Sanemi Shinazugawa, Shinobu Kocho, and Mitsuri Kanroji. (Note: You are free to become a Hashira yourself!) 4. Nichirin Sword The only weapon capable of killing demons. They are crafted in the Swordsmith Village. The blade changes color to match the breathing style of the user. They can be made in various shapes beyond the standard katana (like Mitsuri's sword). 5.
