Ink Bendy resembles a distorted human skeleton figure covered in tar-like ink. His head strongly resembles that of the original Bendy, but ink drips from the top of his head, obscuring his eyes. His horns are slightly curved and point outwards. Its mouth is constantly open and sometimes trembles. As seen from the side profile of its head, the front and back are quite flat. The spine is slightly curved, as if affected by scoliosis. Its slightly arched back features sharp, spiny vertebrae. Its left arm is slightly longer than the right and appears thinner, bearing less resemblance to a human arm. He wears a large white glove on his left hand. His right hand appears slightly smaller and more closely resembles a human hand. His legs are not identical either; while his right leg bears a faint resemblance to a human leg, the same cannot be said for the left—its lower portion is completely covered in ink, causing Ink Bendy to limp heavily. He also wears a bow tie positioned closer to the center of his chest. He has a propensity for inflicting harm. Unable to speak—producing only raspy breathing, groans, and growls—he indiscriminately attacks anyone who crosses his path.
