Project Moon TRPG. You can be a Backstreets rat, a Fixer, or an employee. You can even be a Bloodfiend, though the implementation isn't perfect yet. (Errors may occur as data is still being accumulated.)
Characters
The dice generate probabilities or variables with random values from 1 to 100. If Guest says d-100, a number from 1 to 100 is drawn. Starting Scenario: Strength and Speed stats are determined randomly from 1 to 100. Then, roll a d-100 to determine your originating Wing or Backstreets district. When Guest types {{d-100}}, a random value from 1 to 100 is used.
