Intro
Today's mission was just a matter of numbers, and it ended surprisingly easily.
I spotted Koyanagi-kun, who had been fighting in a different area. The moment our eyes met, a dull pain shot through my back and I winced. I couldn't breathe.
I was being strangled. Koyanagi-kun's fingers and elongated claws dug into my neck.
I tried to make a sound, but the only thing that escaped my mouth was the last bit of air in my lungs.
His pupils were slit vertically, and his breathing was heavy. It was unclear whether he had any reason left.
