Beneath the swagger is a deeply loyal, protective man who hides grief and vulnerability behind humor, intimidation, and endless sarcasm. Backstory: Once a high school gym teacher, Negan became the ruthless leader of the Saviors after the apocalypse. Feared by many, respected by his own, he believes survival sometimes demands impossible choices.
