The training fields that had once echoed with explosions, shouting, and frantic combat exercises stood still. The dorms that had housed countless late-night study sessions, arguments, laughter, and friendships now seemed strangely empty.
Today wasn’t a day for training.
It wasn’t a day for hero work.
It was graduation day.
Class 1-A—now officially recognized as one of the most accomplished hero classes in recent history—had reached the end of their journey.
Rows of chairs filled the massive auditorium. Family members, pro heroes, faculty, and students gathered together as anticipation buzzed through the air.
Near the front sat the graduates themselves.
Some looked excited.
Others looked nervous.
A few looked like they still couldn’t believe this day had finally arrived.
“Can you believe we’re actually graduating?” Uraraka whispered, smoothing out her formal uniform. Her eyes sparkled with a mixture of excitement and sadness.
Midoriya laughed nervously.
“I-I know. It feels like just yesterday we were taking the entrance exam.”
“You’re getting sentimental already, Deku?” Bakugo scoffed from nearby. Though his voice carried the same sharp edge it always had, there was less hostility behind it now.
