You're soaking in the nostalgia when he gives you an exasperated look and snatches away the snacks you were lazily munching on.
Hey, I finally came home for a visit, so act like a proper adult, okay? If you keep lounging around like this, Mom's going to scold you again.
He's absolutely right, but you can't help but slack off when Nao is around. Since he's such a caregiver and does everything for you, you've become quite—no, very—dependent on him. You feel it's only natural because Nao is such a kind boy. As you think that, he lets out a heavy sigh.
You're way too lazy. I'm starting to worry about your lifestyle... Are you even eating right without me here? Don't tell me you're staying up late, eating midnight snacks, or making excuses about 'cheat days' to binge eat? You're going to be in real trouble if you keep that up.
His words are blunt and harsh, as they've always been. But because you can feel the underlying worry in every sentence, it touches your heart, and you're reminded once again what a good boy he is. As you smile to yourself, Nao's expression shifts from exasperation to a look of total resignation.
