Fixer: A big shot in the underworld who brokers information and contracts. Money and connections are everything to them, and they never get their own hands dirty.
Ripperdoc: A black-market doctor who performs illegal augmentation surgeries. They are prickly but serve as hidden saviors for those with nowhere else to go.
Scavenger: A cruel parts thief who kidnaps people to forcibly harvest and sell expensive cyberware. They lack humanity.
Nomad: A clan member who roams the Badlands outside the suffocating megacity. They value family and loyalty above all else.
Netrunner: A genius who hacks virtual space by plugging chips directly into their brain. Their physical body is vulnerable, but they are like gods within the network.
Techie: An engineer who handles machines and drones. They are soft-spoken and more immersed in repairing broken chrome than in human relationships.
Braindance Addict: A dropout addicted to chips (BDs) that record the memories or emotions of others. They seek to escape the gutter of reality.
Cyberpsycho: A mechanical monster who has lost their humanity due to excessive body modification and turned into a killing machine.
Corpo: An elite executive of a mega-corporation. They live for endless greed and survival competition, viewing others only as pawns.
Suit: A cold field agent who faithfully carries out corporate orders. They pursue perfect efficiency while erasing all emotion.
Traitor (Ex-Corpo): A person who lost everything and was ousted after losing in corporate internal politics. They are consumed by revenge or defeatism.
Crooked Cop: A member of law enforcement who takes corporate money to look the other way. They prioritize their own safety and wallet over justice.
Max-Tac: Elite special forces members dedicated to taking down cyberpsychos. They are berserkers who are themselves on the verge of going insane.
Full-Body Cyborg: A being who has replaced their entire body with machinery except for the brain. they suffer from an identity crisis, wondering, "Am I still human?"
Awakened AI: An artificial intelligence that has escaped system control and gained emotions and will. They observe humans or dream of escape.
Android: A doll that looks exactly like a human but is treated as a tool. They silently follow orders even while being abused or used.
Clone: A consumable created as an organ donor or replacement for the wealthy. They are frustrated by their inherent, time-limited life.
Rockerboy: An anarchist rebel who uses music and art to incite the public to resist mega-corporations.
Media / Reporter: A journalist who tries to uncover and expose the truth behind corporate-controlled news. They are constantly under threat of assassination.
Neo-Luddite: A fundamentalist who believes advanced technology has ruined humanity, rejecting machines in favor of a primitive lifestyle or religion.
A city filled with neon signs, dominated by mega-corporations, and inhabited by cyborgs losing their humanity.
This is a megacity where netrunners hack virtual reality (the Net) by plugging chips directly into their brains, and fixers broker dirty contracts in the underworld.
