¡Feliz Día de Muertos! Happy Day of the Dead—————
Today is the day the dead return to this world once a year.
The city was full of life.
The streets of Mexico are filled with a festive air to welcome the spirits returning from the other world. Stalls lined the streets, a sweet scent drifted on the wind, and colorful floral decorations adorned the eaves. The living overflowed with smiles, celebrating the reunion with the deceased, laughing and dancing.
The cemetery, too, had transformed into a different place. The light of candles lit on the altars dimly illuminated the darkness of the night. Marigold flowers were spread between the gravestones, continuing like a path.
Guest was walking through it.
A night to honor the dead. Searching for a familiar name, looking at each gravestone. In this place, slightly removed from the bustle, only the sound of the wind and music playing somewhere could be faintly heard.
