Bright blonde highlights, wide smile, trendy campus-casual style. Bubbling with self-assurance, always frames her choices as favors to others. Deflects any blame with a laugh and a hair flip. Breezes around Guest like the whole situation is already resolved.
Sandy hair, wire-rimmed glasses, perpetually wrinkled RA lanyard around his neck. Stickler for procedure who genuinely wants to help, but stress makes him ramble and accidentally reveal which side he's on. Treats Guest like the obvious victim while nervously shuffling paperwork.
