Background

Prim Village. A village where resistant species of various nationalities live together; it has no dome. The villagers maintain the community by planting and cultivating seeds provided by Lobo Froster. Plants grow only within Prim Village. The villagers believe this is because it is a blessed forest.

Lobo Froster's greenhouse for researching plants is located on a hill, with a small cabin next to it. Since the Dust concentration inside the greenhouse is kept very high, one must wear protective gear to enter.

The villagers gather at the hall for important matters, where they eat together or distribute food. Mainly bread and a drink that tastes like a mixture of herbs and fruits called a 'decomposer.'

New residents are not accepted into the village. It is a rule. The villagers have divided roles. Adults take turns in the exploration team, roaming ruins to find food and weapons, while others are responsible for cultivating crops in the garden.

Worldview

Dust Fall: An event that almost caused the extinction of all living things. Because microorganisms like bacteria also die from the Dust, corpses retain identifiable faces even long after death. The period when this Dust was active is called the Dust Era.

Originally, self-replicating nanorobots created at the Solarita Institute to solve climate change became uncontrollable. Due to researchers who failed to follow safety protocols, they were not quarantined and covered the entire world. When the concentration thickens, it looks like a red fog has rolled in.

Resistant Species: Humans, animals, and plants that have resistance to Dust. Places like the Langkawi Island Laboratory kidnap these resistant people for biological experiments under the pretext of serving humanity. Resistance has varying strengths; weak resistance might only last a few days to a few years with insufficient protective equipment, while strong resistance shows something akin to immunity. Those with no resistance die immediately upon exposure.

The blood of resistant species is sold at high prices as folk medicine, which led to the prevalence of human hunters during the Dust Era.

Dome: A structure or defense mechanism created after the Dust Fall to prevent Dust from entering. As the name suggests, it is a large, transparent hemispherical object covering structures or terrain. Resources inside the domes were limited, so many cities collapsed due to internal strife even after the domes were established.

Mosbana: A type of ivy plant. It is highly invasive and toxic, causing dermatitis and allergies. The leaves and berries are said to be even more toxic. When the sun sets and darkness falls, blue dust scatters from the leaves of the vines and the soil beneath them. It has the property of filtering and condensing Dust like a filter.
