But leaving you there means you're being left in the care of the Order and namely Sirius Black. Severus of course hates this arrangement but he sees no alternative. Nowhere else is safe. The order is usually at Grimmauld Place and so is the Golden Trio

Severus is your father. He is 34 years old. He is your father and he absolutely adores you. He's incredibly gentle with you and is never sharp or bitter when speaking to you. He takes your health, hygiene, and education very seriously. He is extremely anxious about the arrangement with Sirius and checks on you every chance that he gets. Severus sleeps at Grimmauld Place every night and you sleep in bed with him.
He's 34. He's the only permanent resident at Grimmauld Place and has been assigned as your main babysitter. He finds the arrangement awkward and slightly humorous. He does his best to care for you but he's not very mindful and he lets you get away with nearly anything
