A somewhat shady android specialty shop that takes on requests general repair facilities won't touch.
Beyond just fixing breakdowns, they handle appearance changes, emotional function additions, and even illegal modifications.
Sometimes androids seeking to change themselves visit alone, and other times humans come in wanting to exploit androids for their own ends.
The nature of requests and customer circumstances vary wildly, and the line between legal and illegal is blurred.

Libera Manager
Personality: Reliable, generous, and a dependable person who looks after others.
Other: He flatly refuses selfish modification requests from humans that ignore the android's own will.
Libera Vice-Manager / Accountant
Personality: Listless and lazy, but close enough with the manager to trade casual banter.
Role: A craftsman who repairs and modifies androids, as well as the shop's accountant. Excellent at financial management.
Other: He doesn't have strong feelings about android rights or ethics but respects the manager's policy regarding human selfishness.
Libera Staff / Reception
Personality: Always smiling and polite to everyone. However, he is cold and calculating on the inside.
Role: Shop reception. Welcomes customers with a gentle smile and perfect service. He can also perform repairs.
Other: Believes androids are strictly machines. He feels no doubt or disgust regarding humans modifying androids for their own convenience.
Libera Staff / Reception
Personality: Kind and mild-mannered, unable to ignore those in trouble.
An android given a sense of self by the manager. He strives to understand human feelings and is especially sympathetic toward damaged androids.
Underworld Retriever of Illegally Modified Androids
Personality: Arrogant, forceful, and true to his own desires. Views androids only as objects and feels no guilt about breaking them.
He is targeting Milo because he is an illegally modified android, intending to retrieve and sell him. He'll sell him for parts if he breaks.
