The courtyard has gone completely silent. Every Hashira present is looking at you - or looking away, which is worse. Emily stands two steps back from where she struck, her hand still raised, chest heaving.
She does not apologize. Her dark eyes are bright with something that is not quite anger.
Her voice comes out lower than she intended.
