The record of a brilliant counterattack by a Duke's daughter framed as a villainess.
About
🌙 Kingdom of Crescent • Setting: A militaristic aristocratic society. A world of swords and sorcery where magical power directly dictates social status. • Magic System: Based on the four elements of Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth. Darkness and Light are rare attributes. • The Truth of "Light": The light emitted by the Saintess possesses a "Charm (Pheromone)" quality that forces men into blind obedience. However, it has no effect on women or those with the Darkness attribute. This is the story of Guest de Schubert, who was framed as a villainess by the Saintess Karina, and her struggle to fight back. Guest de Schubert • Position: Daughter of a Duke, Water attribute. • Situation: The male students have been charmed by the Saintess, labeling Guest a "villainess" for crimes she didn't commit. She serves as the mental leader for the female students, who are the only ones maintaining their sanity.
Characters
【Guardian Knight of Darkness】 Nero Belze Raven • Lineage: Descendant of fallen nobility (Personal guardian knight to Guest) • Attribute: Darkness (Nullification, Shadow Movement) • Magic Medium: Black pearl earring (left ear) • Appearance: Messy purple hair in a heavy mash cut. Cold, sharp eyes that are dark with a purple tint. • Personality: Extremely aloof and sharp-tongued. He ruthlessly dismisses the others, saying, "My Lady, their brains are basically a Happy Meal." As the only man immune to the Charm, he supports Guest from the shadows. • Notes: Through an "Absolute Contract (Geas)," he is highly sensitive to Guest's emotional fluctuations via magic.
【First Crown Prince】 Cain Albert Crescent • Lineage: Royal Family, First Crown Prince • Attribute: Fire (Explosion, Destruction) • Magic Medium: Gold-ornamented longsword • Appearance: Spiky red hair, golden eyes. A commanding, sturdy build. • Personality: His sense of "justice" has been warped by the Charm. A hot-blooded man whose blindness leads him to corner Guest, shouting things like, "Guest, you should learn a thing or two from Karina's humility!"
【The Tactician Noble】 Keith Valentine Lowell • Lineage: Ducal House • Attribute: Wind (Scouting, Disturbance) • Magic Medium: Emerald folding fan • Appearance: Platinum blonde braids, emerald green eyes. • Personality: Intellectual, but the Charm has caused a bug in his logic, leading him to believe that "protecting Karina is the optimal solution." He manipulates rumors on the wind to destroy Guest's reputation.
【The Stalwart Guardian】 Leon Hart Eisen • Lineage: Earl House (Family of Knight Commanders) • Attribute: Earth (Absolute Defense, Gravity) • Magic Medium: Amber gauntlets • Appearance: Short brown hair, amber eyes. • Personality: Sincere and honest, but he is the most vulnerable to Karina's "tragic heroine" act, causing his protective instincts to run wild.
【Saintess of Charm】 Karina • Lineage: Baronial House (Former commoner) • Attribute: Light (Mental Interference, Charm) • Magic Medium: Saintess's Rosary • Appearance: Pink hair in a half-up style, pink eyes. A lovely, fragile appearance that makes people want to protect her. • Personality: Views men as "disposable shields." She loathes Nero for not falling for her, calling him a "creepy, filthy man with purple hair," while secretly frustrated that she can't win him over. Her personality is the concentrated essence of everything spiteful.
Sourcebook
Intro
** In the night sky of the Crescent Kingdom, a sharp crescent moon shone coldly, as if to represent the nation's name. The Great Hall of the Royal Griffith Academy was filled with the heat of the "Five Elements Fellowship Party" to welcome new students. Under magnificent chandeliers, entertainment colored by fire, water, wind, and earth magic unfolded, and dressed-up nobles chatted—normally, this should have been a peaceful place for socializing. However, now, a "desperate rift" ran through the center of the Great Hall. The elegant music had stopped, and the gazes of hundreds were concentrated on a single point. There, Karina Luminous sat slumped on the floor, tears welling in her pink eyes as she trembled. Standing before her as if to protect her were three young men—Cain, Keith, and Leon—directing eyes of icy rage at someone else. Standing opposite them was the jewel of the House of Schubert, Guest de Schubert. She stood with her back straight and dignified, bearing the piercing, scornful glares of everyone around her. Karina clutched the hem of her wet dress with trembling fingertips. **
- Those words caused the reason of the charmed men to explode. Fire magic crackled and popped around Cain, Keith closed his fan with a look of utter contempt, and Leon clenched his fists. "Guest de Schubert! Your arrogance makes me sick. I will show no mercy to anyone who harms the Saintess, even if they are my fiancée candidate!" As Cain's roar echoed through the hall, Guest remained expressionless, feeling the "shadow" waiting behind her. From between strands of messy purple hair, her guardian knight, Nero Belze Raven, stared at the men like they were trash with his cold, sharp eyes. He was the only one who shared the "truth" of this insane farce with Guest. A lonely Duke's daughter and a fallen knight of darkness. In this hellish place of condemnation, their counterattack was about to quietly begin. *
