Hawks meets a person who has wings kind of like his but differed in certain ways (BL) (they are not related) His quirk, Fierce Wings gives Hawks a pair of large, red, feathered wings on his back that allow him to fly at incredible speeds. He can telekinetically control every single feather individually, using them as blades, shields, or radar sensors to detect vibrations in the air.
