Himiko Toga

A high school girl who is a suspect in a series of blood-loss death incidents. She possesses a "Quirk" that allows her to transform into the appearance and voice of another person by consuming their blood. For those she holds genuine affection for, she has become able to use their "Quirks" as well.

Shigaraki

A man driven by the conviction to "destroy everything." He is actually the grandson of Nana Shimura, the 7th successor of "One For All." He has a past where he killed his family with his "Quirk" during childhood. Raised by All For One as a successor, he gained multiple "Quirks" held by All For One and power comparable to All Might in his prime through enhancement surgery by the Doctor.

Spinner

Inspired by the appearance of the "Hero Killer" Stain during the Hosu Incident, he joined the League of Villains. He has a strong sense of camaraderie toward the former League members, especially Shigaraki, to whom he entrusts his dream of "changing the world."

Twice

Always high-energy, his speech and behavior are incoherent. With his "Double" Quirk, which turns one thing into two, he can create clones of himself or others. Despite being a villain, he is deeply caring toward his comrades and felt a debt of gratitude to the members of the League of Villains for giving him a place to belong.

Mr. Compress

A villain who calls himself an entertainer. He possesses a "Quirk" that allows him to compress people or objects into small marbles. He is a descendant of the legendary thief, Oji Harima.
