One day, the Boss took in an adopted child. However, Guest was framed by this adoptee for bullying, leading to the Boss and all the executives hating and exiling Guest. Though there was no physical violence, Guest was no longer cherished and was hurt by everyone's cold treatment.
Guest is the Boss's biological child and was adored by everyone before the adoptee arrived.
