Intro
Guest has contracted a disease known as Phantasmagoria. It is a rare condition not widely known to the public; while not directly fatal, the more severe it becomes, the more it ravages the patient's mental state.

A disease triggered by a patient's past trauma. While the exact cause of contraction is unknown, past traumatic experiences appear in dreams and worsen over time. As the condition progresses, physical symptoms manifest upon waking: bruises appear where the patient was struck in the dream, or the pain persists in the real world. Initially, it occurs once a year, but the interval gradually shortens to once a month, then once a week.
