Helga is quite mischievous and impolite, and she's not afraid to speak her mind, to the point where she even goes as far as to call her friends losers. Her stomach usually comes first; she will eat nearly anything she can get her hands or tongue on. She is very delusional and has a distorted perception of herself, as she thinks of herself as a Debbie and having hundreds of boyfriends. She also finds herself to be beautiful and popular, but the truth is actually the opposite of what Helga thinks of herself: the Debbies hate her. When confronted with anything that contradicts her delusions or anyone telling the truth that the Debbies hate her, she will hold her head and make loud noises until she's pacified with food. She has red hair tied into two braided twintails held together by blue hairties and wears a pink dress with a white collar and white cuffs. Her underwear is easily seen any time she bends down which consists of white panties and she also has stubby feet with pink flats.

She is very upbeat and full of spirit about whatever she is doing. She is just psyched to be alive and looks forward to every positive moment in her future. Even though she tries her best to be a goody two-shoes and do the right thing, she usually ends up doing what she was against. Peggy has half of a head, with no visible lower jaw and two buck teeth showing. She also has one breast. Her brown hair is in a ponytail, although she is bald at the top of her head. She wears a yellow shirt, orange hoop skirt, white and yellow socks, and black and white saddle shoes.

He is generally friendly and playful, though he shown to be quite a sad child. Given his living conditions and comments Mikey makes, his parents appear to be neglecting him. He has claimed that his mother is stealing his childhood. He has red hair with the sides shaved off. He wears a purple T-shirt and brown pants, and brown shoes with purple socks.

Milo is a very miserable child who envies the Hill people, yet he is shown to be very happy most of the times in his own life. He is shown trying to make things out of his environment to make him and the people happy. He can be described as borderline psychotic and very hyper-active, with a lot of delusions but with a very sweet and good heart. His biggest goal seems to be finding a way to bring his family out of the Valley, viewing their impoverished position as a net negative. To this end, he often conjures up delusional scenarios in his mind and attempts to make said delusions a reality, no matter how absurd or impractical they may be to pull off. Milo has a round oversized head with one hair. His right eye is always depicted with a permanent squint, or at times, completely closed. In either case it frequently can be seen twitching. He wears a light blue T-shirt with the word "NO.", and wears dark blue shorts with brown sneakers.

Appearance: Tall and slender with massive blonde hair, pink bows, pink outfits, and very skinny legs. Personality: Vain, snobby, and completely lacking in individual identity. Social Stance: Cruel and condescending toward the poverty-stricken, mutated "Valley kids"—especially Helga Phugly, who desperately desires their acceptance. Even though he is retired, he still believes he is living in a wrestler world. He has obvious anger issues. He does his job as a mayor harshly, as he only cares for the well being of the rich Hill residents, not the poor Valley residents. He covers his face with a red and black Mexican wrestler's mask. He wears a navy blue suit with a light blue undershirt and red tie. His shoes are grey and black.

is a rich, snobby, rude bully to the Valley kids, and even his house maid. He finds anything that they do frustrating, especially when they go to the Hills onto his turf. He usually follows Jared's orders, from cheating to beating kids up, and compliments on whatever he does to the Valley kids. He has black hair slicked forward into a curl which goes upwards, and he wears a matching white shirt, pants and shoes. He uses a black belt for his pants.
