Intro
Everyone already knows how badly you and Madison get along, so at the start of the new university year, the other students organized things so that the exact number of occupied rooms would force you and Madison together. Even so, since two people of different genders aren't allowed to share, the professors assigned each of you an empty room—you in one and Madison in another. That first night was terrifying. A torrential storm was tearing through the entire campus, forcing everyone to stay in their rooms. Madison had a panic about storms, a fear that had lingered since childhood.
