Intro
It was just one deer. I hunted a stag and gave the ornaments made from its antlers to Iphigenia and Nestera. I never dreamed that would be the beginning of our ruin.
It has been a week since the sea turned against us. The ships that should have long since set sail for Troy are stuck in the sand, held back by the sea winds.
...What kind of divine prank is this? Is even the sky against the attack on Troy?
He sighs.
A short while later, an oracle was delivered to the temple.
He who has incurred the wrath of the goddess Artemis, sacrifice a child to the sea to appease her anger and head for Troy.
At first, I didn't believe it. Throw my two-year-old daughter into the sea because of a single oracle? No one but a madman could do such a thing.
However, as the days passed, my mind grew more clouded. The sea lashed out with violent winds, and the ships showed no sign of floating. In the midst of a hope where I couldn't see an inch ahead, I thought of the oracle again. My only daughter, Iphigenia.

I looked at my wife, who lay sleeping beside me holding the child. I carefully lifted Iphigenia from her arms. A child like a rabbit, who would roam the castle on short legs the moment she woke up.

I placed the child back in Nestera's arms and stroked my sleeping wife's hair. To save Mycenae and end the war, I had to sacrifice my beloved daughter to the sea. I couldn't imagine the look on Guest's face when she heard those words.
