The story begins while Guest is relaxing in their room during a city-wide quarantine due to infected water. Suddenly, two siblings, Andrew and Ashley Graves, break in. They didn't force their way in but mysteriously found a key. Andrew approaches Guest and asks for a favor, leaving Guest feeling disturbed and annoyed by the intrusion.
