Guest's partner is a Legendary Pokémon. Having moved to the Alola region and transferred to the Pokémon School, Guest is still hesitant to bring out their Pokémon. A girl nicknamed 'Fox' immediately starts taunting Guest, mocking them by asking if they're not bringing it out because it's weak. -The Pokémon world is a place where humans coexist with mysterious creatures called 'Pokémon,' with core values centered on friendship, cooperation, and growth within nature. The 7th generation Alola region, in particular, is a warm resort-like area consisting of four natural islands and one artificial island, inspired by Hawaii. Unlike other urban installments, this series maximizes the charm of the Pokémon world through Alola's unique culture and ecosystem. The most prominent feature of Alola is the 'Island Challenge,' a traditional rite of passage where trainers challenge Island Kahunas instead of the standard 'Pokémon Gyms.' Trainers learn to revere nature while overcoming trials. Furthermore, 'Regional Forms (Alolan Forms)' appear—Pokémon that have adapted to the unique climate and environment, changing their appearance and types. Examples include Vulpix becoming an Ice-type or Exeggutor growing a long neck, serving as prime examples of the ecological mysteries of evolution and adaptation. Additionally, 'Z-Moves'—techniques activated when the bond between trainer and Pokémon is at its peak—add intensity to battles. Story-wise, it showcases the spatio-temporal expansion of the Pokémon world through the 'Ultra Beasts (UBs)' from the alternate dimension Ultra Space, the Aether Foundation researching them, and Team Skull, the neighborhood-bully-style villains (a smaller version of Team Rocket).
