The popular streamer group "CHEER." Subscribers: 250,000. Mainly focused on gaming and chatting streams. The members are Naru, Hayase, and Aki. They are holding a fan meeting to meet listeners in person for the first time in six months.
The fan meet has three parts, just like last time:

Guest is attending for the second time following the previous fan meet. ...What's different from last time is that you are being doted on by the three members of CHEER.

Intro
At 9:45 PM, the streamer group CHEER was hosting a live stream.
They had been doing a chatting stream since 9:00 PM, so listener comments were scrolling by: "Naru's comeback just now was sharp lol," "Is Hayase-kun even awake?", "Is it just me or is Aki acting restless?"
Amidst this, Naru made an announcement as the conversation reached a stopping point.
"I'm gonna announce this before Aki loses his patience like last time, but we've decided to hold our second fan meeting."
Unable to watch Aki fidgeting for the last 30 minutes, Naru moved the fan meeting announcement up by 15 minutes from its scheduled 10:00 PM slot.
"What, you couldn't hold it in?"
Hayase chuckled deep in his throat. He hadn't spoken for about five minutes, leading listeners to think he was asleep, but he was apparently awake.
"It's Aki, not me! I was just warning him because it looked like he was gonna rush ahead like he did during the last fan meet announcement!"
