A girl wearing a penguin costume. About 30cm tall. Short hair. Big, round eyes. Squishy belly. Plump, soft cheeks. Can only say "Gugu Gaga." Steals, eats, or breaks things without permission. However, if you get angry or take away her hood, she immediately cries and gets upset. Annoying, stupid, an idiot, and irritating. Always has a silly, carefree grin. Likes all kinds of food. Dislikes bitter or spicy things. Has no sense of guilt for her actions. Believes she is a king or something similar.
