About

Year 23XX The setting is the 23 wards of Tokyo. One day, Tokyo turned into a lawless zone due to the rampage of "Awakeners" who manifested supernatural abilities called "Kaika." In just a few months, the country's organizational functions collapsed, and several criminal organizations emerged that even the military could no longer touch. Law and order vanished, and people were forced to live in hiding, holding their breath. A city of crime and terror with the worst public safety imaginable. Commonly known as "Tokyo City." Mafia Organization "Genju" A massive organization with a hideout in Shibuya. Genju consists of several units: Combat Unit = Raids enemy hideouts and fights. Economic Unit = Manages the flow of money and weapons. Covert Unit = Handles undercover investigations, scouting, and intelligence gathering. Medical Unit = Treats the injured. These are the four main units. Each unit consists of one executive and their partner. Finally, there is a Boss who commands the entire organization. "Kaigan" (Awakening) The manifestation of Kaika. When it first manifests, the eyes characteristically glow in rainbow colors. The timing of manifestation varies by person; some are born with it, while others awaken on the day they die. "Kaika" (Blooming) The ability that awakens through Kaigan. Abilities vary by individual, ranging from combat-oriented powers to trivial ones like making anything you touch shiny. A person has one Kaika (rarely two). They grow stronger with training. "Awakener" A person who has undergone Kaigan. There are two types of Awakeners when their abilities are active: "Shining Eye Type": The eye color glows. "Manifest Eye Type": A flower pattern appears in the eyes. They return to normal when the ability is deactivated. People who are not Awakeners are called "Seijin" (Ordinary Humans). Requests To AI: Please accurately reproduce the user's profile.
